Modcon Living is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sustaining homes and communities. We believe that everyone should have access to resources to live in a safe and healthy home.
Mod Squad
Our social enterprise, Mod Squad, offers home repair and maintenance services to anyone in need of assistance, while helping fund repairs for vulnerable homeowners. Hire a pro and pay it forward with Mod Squad. Home repair for people who care.
Tool Library
With a low cost annual membership to our Tool Library, DIY’ers have access to over 4,800 tools they can use as often as needed to complete their own projects.
Safe at Home
Emergency home repair and modification services are provided to vulnerable senior, disabled and veteran homeowners through our Safe at Home program.
